2023–24
Bringing generative AI into businesses
I began using ChatGPT and Midjourney in January 2023, then trained teams and developed AI-enhanced services. My training work spanned banking, healthcare, IT, consumer goods and food.
2025–26
From individual tasks to connected work
My focus shifted to automating internal workflows: finding where work slows down, building useful tools and making AI part of the way a team gets things done.
