Enquiries and guide requests
The forms collect the details you enter, including your name, work email, company, role, team and message. HIGH GAIN stores these details to handle your request, supply the guide and review relevant follow-up. Please do not include confidential business information or personal data about other people.
Newsletter preferences
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from requesting a guide or making an enquiry. The site records your selection, topics, submission time and the version of the notice shown. Sender manages the HIGH GAIN Signals contact list and newsletter preferences. Only people who opt in are added to the newsletter audience. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or contact HIGH GAIN to change your preference.
The workflow assessment
Assessment answers stay in the page until you request your PDF. When you submit the report form, HIGH GAIN stores your name, email, company, job title, workflow details and answers to prepare your personalized report and handle relevant follow-up. The report is generated on the server, provided as a download and emailed as a PDF attachment through Google Workspace. HIGH GAIN receives a separate notification containing your details and answers. Assessment answers are not sent to an AI provider. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Services and essential records
The site uses Sites hosting and its database service to store form submissions. Google Workspace processes the details needed to email your requested guide or notify HIGH GAIN of an enquiry. Sender stores contact details, company, role, team, request source, selected workflow category and recorded newsletter preferences so HIGH GAIN can manage its contacts. Full enquiry messages and assessment answers remain in the website database and notification emails; they are not copied to Sender. Requesting a guide, report or meeting does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails. A daily changing hash of the requesting network address helps limit repeated form submissions; the raw address is not stored in the form records. Hosting providers may retain separate operational records.
The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The public website does not require sign-in. Hosting security and the owner-only article editor may use essential cookies. Our Cookie policy explains browser storage and optional services. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Meeting bookings
Meeting buttons open HIGH GAIN’s Google Calendar booking page. Google collects your name, email and any challenge description you provide, and creates the appointment and Google Meet link. HIGH GAIN receives your booking details. The booking page shows available appointment times, not the contents of the calendar.
Tricia’s AI conversation
Tricia is an AI sales agent powered by Anam. Choosing “Talk to Tricia” opens the conversation panel. After you enable optional services in Cookie settings, starting a conversation connects to Anam’s service, which receives connection information such as your network address. Starting a voice conversation requires microphone permission; audio and any text you send are processed by Anam and its service providers to generate replies. For conversations started on this website, video recording is disabled and transcripts are enabled in Anam. Anam and its service providers process the conversation according to their policies. Please do not share confidential business information or sensitive personal details.
HIGH GAIN does not save a separate conversation transcript in this website’s form database. You can close the conversation at any time, and you can book a meeting or use the contact form without speaking to Tricia. Tricia can check available times without receiving the contents of existing calendar events. If you book through Tricia, the website stores a booking reference, your email address, chosen time and delivery status. Your name, email and challenge summary are sent to Google Calendar to create the meeting and invitation, and Google Workspace sends a separate confirmation from tricia@high-gain.ai. Tricia receives the action result. You review the details and click Confirm booking before anything is submitted. Eliott remains the meeting organizer.
