What we store on your device, why we use it, and how you stay in control.

Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a preference on your device. This policy covers both.

Essential functions

Essential cookies and storage support site security, sign-in where needed, and remembering your privacy choices. They are not used to advertise to you. You can browse the public site without signing in; the article editor requires the owner’s authenticated account.

Cloudflare may also use security cookies when a challenge is required. Its cookie documentation explains these protections. Signing in to the owner-only editor involves OpenAI’s authentication service and its essential session cookies; see OpenAI’s cookie policy. Those sign-in cookies are not required to browse the public site.

Optional services

Tricia’s AI conversation uses Anam, an external service. The website loads its conversation software and connects only after you allow optional services and start a conversation. Anam then receives the connection information needed to provide it, such as your network address. Voice chat also requires separate microphone permission.

The HIGH GAIN integration keeps conversation and session information in page memory, rather than adding a persistent conversation cookie or storing the transcript in your browser. Anam’s client metrics are disabled. Audio, messages and provider-side transcripts are explained in our Privacy information; they are separate from browser cookies.

You can decline optional services and still browse the site, request a guide, complete the assessment, use the contact form or follow the booking link. Google’s own privacy and cookie information applies when you open its booking page.

Your preferences

Select “Essential only” to decline optional services, or “Allow optional” to enable them. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Turning optional services off stops the website’s active Tricia connection and prevents new conversations until you enable them again. It does not erase information already processed by a provider or cancel a booking you have already submitted.

Choices apply to this browser and website address. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Clearing site data or switching browsers means you will be asked again.

Analytics and advertising

HIGH GAIN does not currently add analytics or advertising trackers to this website. Newsletter signup is a separate choice; allowing optional services does not subscribe you to emails.

Changes and questions

If we add new optional uses, we will explain them and ask for a new choice where needed. You can also remove stored data through your browser settings, which may sign you out or reset your preferences.

For questions, contact eliott@high-gain.ai. For form submissions, email delivery, bookings and conversation data, see our Privacy information.
